Refund Policy

This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for Filly AI paid plans.
1. Billing
Paid plans (Solo, Pro, Enterprise) are billed in advance through Stripe, either monthly or annually. Annual plans are discounted (four months free versus paying monthly). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
2. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing → Manage subscription. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
3. Refunds
- We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period after cancellation.
- As a goodwill measure, if you are dissatisfied you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment on a plan by emailing us.
- Where required by law (for example, EU/EEA consumer withdrawal rights), statutory refund rights apply and are not limited by this policy.
4. Free plan
The Free plan is, and remains, free. No payment information is required to use it.
5. Requesting a refund
Email support@getfilly.app from your account email with your request. We aim to respond within a few business days.
