Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Filly AI (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Filly AI lets you upload documents, extract fillable fields using AI, store client profiles, generate completed documents, and collect electronic signatures. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in email secure. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You may not share access in violation of your plan's seat limits.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not upload content you lack the rights to process.
• Do not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service or its rate limits.
• Do not process data of others without a lawful basis and their knowledge.

4. Not legal advice

Templates and AI-generated output are provided for convenience only and do not constitute legal advice. You are responsible for reviewing every document, ideally with a qualified attorney, before relying on or executing it. Filly AI is not a law firm.

5. AI processing

Document analysis and autofill are performed using third-party AI (Anthropic). AI output may contain errors and must be reviewed. You retain responsibility for the accuracy of all completed documents.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from Settings. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Your content and data

You retain ownership of documents, client data, and files you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to process Your Content solely to provide the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and built-in templates, is owned by Filly AI and protected by law. These Terms grant you no rights to our trademarks or branding.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination, you may export your data for a reasonable period before deletion.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Filly AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
